Phoenix Theatre

Project Description

The Phoenix Theatre project was a unique endeavor, consisting of a state-of-the-art 10-screen cinema. The 38,000 square foot footprint was constructed within the existing interior space of the Kyova Mall in Boyd County, Kentucky. The Phoenix Theatre complimented the ongoing renovation and redevelopment of the Kyova Mall.

• The exterior had a major facelift consisting of the addition of a new entrance canopy along with the addition of a theatre marquee constructed of structural steel frame and masonry/EIFS finishes.
• The project was constructed on a fast track basis with a five-month completion schedule.
