King's Daughters Medical Center – Grayson

Project Description

The King's Daughter Medical Center consisted of 24,000 square foot two-story structure. This project included the finished fit-up of the first floor only, consisting of the Family Care Center and the Cardiology office suite. The building is designed to accommodate one additional floor to be constructed at a later date.

  • The structure consists of conventional concrete foundations and a structural steel frame.
  • The building veneer included masonry and EIFS.
  • Interior spaces are constructed from metal stud and gypsum board with a combination of paint, wall covering, and tile finish.
  • Exterior work included new asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs, and landscaping.
