Fleming County Public Library

Project Description

The physical construction of the facility consisted of structural steel framing and steel trusses with exterior walls of metal stud construction with thermal batt insulation. Veneer finish of brick. Roofing consists of sheathing, felts and architectural standing seam. Foundation consists of reinforced concrete footings and concrete slab on grade. Exterior windows are aluminum units and aluminum storefronts; exterior doors are hollow metal and storefront units. Interior finishes include ceramics, vinyl, wood, acoustical ceilings and paint. Equipment includes casework, projection screens, book depository, fire extinguishers and cabinets.
