Ashland Technical College >

The technical college was built in the East Park Regional Industrial Park in Ashland, Kentucky.

Ashland Technical College Phase II>

Phase two was constructed in part of the original building.

Ashland Police Department>

A new Police Department built in downtown Ashland, Kentucky.

Black Oak Fire Department>

Project consisted of new fire house for the Black Oak Volunteer Fire Department in Lewis County Kentucky.

Campbell Elemtary School Phase I and II>

The project consists of a Cafeteria and Kitchen Addition to the existing Campbell Elementary School. The single story addition’s gross area is approximately 6,400 square feet.

Fleming County Activity Center>

This project is a fitness and education building for the Fleming County Health Department

Fleming County Farm Services>

A single story wood frame structure with wood truss roof.

Fleming County Judicial Center>

Complete building construction and necessary site improvements for the Fleming County Judicial Center.

Fleming County Library>

New construction of approximately 12,000 square feet and related site work

Robertson County Judicial Center>

Construction of new Judicial Center Addition to the Southeast of the Existing Courthouse

First Church of Christ – Grayson >

A new Fellowship Center consisted of a new gymnasium and ample classroom space.

Hospice of Hope >

Hospice of Hope was a joint venture between Limestone Development, Bloom & Associates, and Trace Creek Construction.

King’s Daughters Medical Center – Grayson >

This project included new construction of the Family Care Center and the Cardiology office suite.

Laurel Elementary >

Learn about the renovation of the existing school, plus the addition of an 11,570 square foot building.

Lewis County Middle School >

The school underwent a renovation and an addition to accommodate much needed space.

Maysville Dialysis Clinic >

The medical clinic was a single-story new construction project.

Morehead State University Wellness Center – Phase III >
